OH yeah. We were there in the summer when the waves are larger. We were told by the locals that it is much calmer in winter. I can't say from experience. The road is gravel from 200 down to the beach. There is a new access road planned from 200 and a new access road near the beach area is to be built by the end of Dec. Jeff
