My wife and I stayed there a couple of years back and found it to be clean and comfortable. We found the "Mexican" neighborhood to be #1 Polite, #2 Helpful, and #3 Do you feel comfortable walking home in the dark in your neighborhood. Sure, I'd take the chance there as much as I would in my own neighborhood. Now your neighborhood?? That may be a different story.
Hotel Casa Nancy, I recomend it.
