There is a common kitchen on the ground floor but all I used it for was to borrow a knife to cut some fruit. As I recall, there is a regular gas cooktop, a big fridge and a large tabletop-type counter. There is a laundromat about a block away on V. Guerrero where you can have laundry done or do it yourself. Very cheap either way. Hope this helps.
