Booked a van with Hertz in town not at the air port planned a trip made hotel reservations in Morelia had six people going with us, stopped at Hertz in Zee and said was everything fine for that Sunday when we were to pick up the car, got there to get it and they were out and had nothing for us, after planning for weeks and quite a few contacts with them not to have a car and did nothing to help us at this late date to secure another car just didn't care, I would never do business with the one in town again I do not trust them. When we rent again it would never be with them in town
